Simple

Leather jacket - H&M // Crop top - ASOS // Skirt - Topshop // Converse - Office // Casio - Ebay
Just a simple outfit I put together for casual drinks with a friend. I've had the skirt for a while now (I'm pretty sure it's been over a year) and this is my first time wearing out... Yeah, I tend to do that :/ I love that it's high waisted enough so that my stomach doesn't show when wearing the crop top, which is from ASOS. I'm recently starting to love grey tops. I have four right now in a variety of styles and I just know my collection is going to grow.
And what is a casual outfit without a pair of Chucks to finish it off xo

NOTD | Forever

*2 coats applied
You may remember the post I did last October about the nude nail polish my sister got from the Dominican Republic (if not, click here). Well, my sister made a valid point that once it finishes, it's gone. I love the colour so much that I want to wear it all the time but I also want to have it for a long time. Therefore I've been looking for other nude colours that I could wear on a more regular basis; the first contender being 'Forever' by the Seventeen range at Boots.

Nude colours are perfect for people who don't like too much colour on their nails and those who want colour but can't e.g. due to work. One of the main difference between the two is that the Fashion Nail colour is a pinky nude, whereas this one is more dusty. The colour is a nice subtle nude suitable for various skin tones which retails for £2.99.

If you know of any other nude colours you think I should try, please let me know xo

Light 'n' Airy

Cami & Skirt - Topshop // Sandals - New Look // Bag - Vintage (Mum's)
So this is the outfit that I showed you guys in my post about my Personal Shopping experience at Topshop. I decided not to wear the necklace as I wanted a more dressed down look. The whole outfit is very light and airy which makes it perfect for hot days as there is a lot of room for breeze to get around lol. I'm still in love with the patterns and slits in the skirt. I brought the whole outfit together with my sandals from New Look that I bought a couple years ago and my mum's snakeskin bag from back in the day :)

Ooh and in case you haven't noticed, I'm completely obsessed with midi skirts this summer xo

Rituals Perfection Volume Mascara

Hello everyone!

With this/last month's InStyle magazine, buyers were treated to a sample of Rituals' Perfection Volume mascara (3.5ml). Personally, before this I hadn't heard of Rituals but I'm always up for trying something new so decided to give it a try; and I'm happy I did! I love what this mascara does to my lashes, as well as giving them volume they add length. What I love about this mascara is that it enhances what you've already got, while giving you a little more.

Rituals' mascara has easily become my second favourite mascara (after Maybelline Volum' Express cat eyes, of course) Due to the incredibly rich formula, this mascara provides voluminous and flexible lashes. It retails at £13 which is a lot more than what I usually pay for mascara, but I'm so happy with the results that I'm willing to save up my pennies to purchase the full size (14ml) - and the magazine comes with 20% off all Rituals products!

If you're looking for a new mascara to add volume and length I definitely recommend trying the Rituals range.

I hope you're all well and enjoying your summer xo
