NOTD | Red Black

HI GUUUUYS!!! *waves frantically* :D

I know, it's been a hot minute since I blogged. As you (should) know I'm in my last year of uni and let me tell you it is definitely challenging! I'm doing all I can to get the best I can which means prioritising my time and unfortunately my uni work beats blogging (and just about everything else in my life), which explains my hiatus. I have a few new things that I've bought and outfits that I really want to share with you guys, so I'm going to try my best to do so :)

Today though I'm just going to show you a nail colour I've been loving a lot at the moment. Red Black by Barry M has been my go-to colour these winter months.There's something about the colour that I think is just perfect for the time of year, and not to mention I love how it looks on my nails.

NOTD | Nude Berry

I decided to put two of my most loved nail colours together, with Berry Ice-Cream by Barry M (shown here) as my feature nail and my favourite nude (shown here) on the rest of my nails. I've seen a lot of people with this style (having two colours with one as a feautre) so I decided to try it as well xo

NOTD | Half Moon Nails in Bright Purple

I first saw this look a few years ago on Shirley from Meek -n- Mild and always wanted to try it but never got round to buying the reinforcements. However, I was in WHSmith and thought I'd finally give it a try. This is my first time doing it but I love how they came out and will definitely be trying it again with other colours.

NOTD | Coral

Hello my dear followers/readers!

(I know it's four days late, but...) Welcome to October :) Only 2 months until Christmas! I can't believe have fast the year has gone, it's crazy!

Anyhoo, I got my nails done yesterday with a colour I recently purchased, Coral by Barry M. I instantly fell in love with this colour when I saw it on a friend about a year ago. I have no idea why it took me so long to buy it, but I finally did! This is one of those colours I think will look nice on all skin tones, and it can add a pop of colour to a dark outfit.

As I'm sure you can tell I'm a big fan of bright nail colours and an even bigger fan of Barry M. Between me and my sisters, we have a lot of Barry M nail paints. I might even do a post and show you all the colours we have...

NOTD | Berry Ice Cream

Hello dear readers!

It was my mum's birthday on friday so my sister and I took her to get her nails done. It was mine and my mum's first time getting a pedicure and my first time in about 3 years getting a manicure.
We had a really lovely time and it was a really relaxing experience. I'm definitely gonna treat myself to mani/pedi's more often :)

I chose a colour that I had used before and really liked so I brought it in and asked them to use that. It's by Barry M and it's called Berry Ice Cream.

Previously, I wasn't quite sure if pastel colours looked nice on me but I've been experiementing recently and I've found that they actually do! Good times :)

NOTD | Shocking Pink & Savile Row

Hi there! :)

My current nail colours are Barry M - Shocking Pink and Nails Inc - Savile Row. I've done this kind of nail colour style before but with a light purple on my other nails. However, I saw this colour among the various nail varnishes me and my sisters have so I decided to try it out. It came out a lot darker than I thought it would, but I still like it. I painted my nails before I went to sleep and as you can tell from the pictures I didn't wait long enough for them to dry, so they have all those lines and stuff all over them which is so annoying, lol!
